Terms of Use

BarnWorks: Cozy Farm Factory · Effective October 12, 2026 · Privacy policy

By downloading or playing BarnWorks you agree to these terms; if you don’t, please don’t play. “We” and “us” means Machette Labs, the studio that makes BarnWorks.

Your license to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download BarnWorks and play it on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial fun. You’re getting a license to play, not ownership of the game. The game, its characters, art, music, writing and code belong to Machette Labs.

Coins, helpers and virtual items

Coins, helpers (Piper’s Peeks, Spare Parts and Barn Lanterns), stars, decorations, outfits, weekly specials and anything else you earn or unlock in the game are virtual items. They are part of your license to play:

Purchases

BarnWorks is free to play, with optional in-app purchases and optional reward videos. Purchases are sold and processed by Apple under Apple’s own terms, at the price shown in the App Store before you confirm.

Optional videos

Some rewards can be earned by watching a short video, which you always choose to start. Videos are provided by Google AdMob. The reward is given once a video finishes. Videos need an internet connection, have daily limits, and sometimes none are available; we can’t promise one will always be ready.

Play fair

Enjoy the game however you like. Please don’t:

If you break these terms we may end your license, and you’ll need to stop playing and delete the game. You can stop at any time simply by deleting it.

Changes to the game

We update BarnWorks to fix things and add new ones. Specials rotate, new chapters arrive, and features may change or be retired over time. Features that need a connection, like the daily delivery, the night barn and the optional videos, depend on our server and may occasionally be unavailable. We’ll try hard never to take away something you paid for; if we ever have to, we’ll tell you how to get help.

No warranty

We make BarnWorks with care, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise it will be free of bugs or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid for BarnWorks purchases in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

About Apple

These terms are between you and Machette Labs, not Apple. Apple isn’t responsible for BarnWorks or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Your use of the game is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store’s usage rules. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
