A peek inside the barn

Every recipe is a tiny puzzle. There’s more than one way to solve it, and the tidiest way is up to you.

  • Spring recipe 4, Gift basket: belts carry jam jars and baked goods across a wooden barn floor into machines that pack four gift baskets for the farm stand.

How a recipe works

Each page of Hank’s almanac is a recipe: an order from the farm stand and a barn floor to build it on.

Run your factory, watch every crate find its way, and tweak it until it hums. Earn up to three stars for a small, speedy build, work through the almanac season by season, and spend your coins decorating the farmhouse.

  • Read the order

    Tom wants four jars of jam? Check what’s in the crates and what the stand needs.

  • Lay the belts

    Draw conveyor belts across the floor. Every recipe has a belt budget.

  • Place the machines

    Windmills, jam pots, cheese presses, splitters, mergers and filter gates turn raw goods into finished ones.

  • Press play

    Watch it run. Stuck? Piper’s Peek shows where one more piece goes.
