How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings › Restore Purchases in the game. Make sure your device is signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. One-time purchases, like Unlock Everything, the Supporter Pack and the Seedling Basket, come straight back.
Helper packs (the Helper Pouch, Basket and Crate) add helpers to the game on the device you bought them on, so they can’t be restored once they’ve been used or the app has been deleted.
-
What does Unlock Everything include?
Unlock Everything is a one-time purchase of $9.99 (or the local equivalent shown in the App Store). There’s no subscription. It includes:
- every chapter, now and later, to play in any order;
- every optional video bonus, instantly, with no video;
- 40 helpers up front, plus 3 Piper’s Peeks, 2 Spare Parts and 1 Barn Lantern every day;
- a 12-hour night barn and double coins from the daily delivery;
- the golden weathervane and Hank’s golden outfit (and the golden bell from the Supporter Pack).
Already have the Supporter Pack? The game offers you Unlock Everything at a lower upgrade price.
-
Do I have to watch ads?
No. Every video is optional, and you always choose to start one. There are no pop-up ads, no timers and no energy. Nothing in the story needs a video or a purchase.
Before the first video, the game may ask for your consent and show Apple’s tracking prompt. You can say no; the rewards work the same either way. With the Supporter Pack or Unlock Everything, bonuses don’t need videos at all.
-
A video didn’t play, or I didn’t get my reward
Videos need an internet connection, and sometimes there simply isn’t one ready yet. Each bonus also has a daily limit. The reward is added once a video plays to the end; closing one early skips that reward. If the game says your reward is on its way, it will land a moment later, or the next time you open the game.
-
Does BarnWorks work offline?
Yes. The whole game works offline: every recipe in the almanac, decorating and your saved progress. A few extras need a connection: the daily delivery, the night barn, the optional videos, and making or restoring purchases.
-
Where is my progress saved?
Only on your device. BarnWorks has no accounts and no cloud saves, and we never receive a copy of your progress. That means deleting the app deletes your progress. Your one-time purchases can still be restored, and achievements you’ve earned stay with your Game Center profile.
Want a fresh start instead? Tap Settings › Start the almanac over, then tap again to confirm.

Achievements and leaderboards (Game Center)
BarnWorks has achievements and leaderboards through Apple’s Game Center, including daily boards for the daily delivery. Open them from Settings › Achievements & leaderboards.
If you’re not signed in, sign in to Game Center from your device’s Settings app. Anything you earn while signed out or offline is kept and sent the next time you’re signed in and connected. Game Center is optional; the game plays the same without it.
-
How do I redeem an offer code?
In the game, tap Settings › Redeem a code and enter it on the sheet that opens. You can also redeem it from your account page in the App Store app. Whatever the code unlocks appears in the game straight away; if it doesn’t, use Settings › Restore Purchases.

I bought something by mistake
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
