How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings › Restore purchases in the game. Make sure your device is signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. Every purchase in Tune Up Shop is a one-time purchase, so Unlock Everything, the Starter Pack and Fret’s looks all come straight back.
-
What does Unlock Everything include?
Unlock Everything is a one-time purchase of $9.99 (or the local equivalent shown in the App Store). There’s no subscription. It includes:
- every repair type, including loose jacks and pickup swaps, from day one;
- every optional video bonus, instantly, with no video (the same daily limits apply);
- an extra 100 coins every day in the supplier package;
- the gold-plated tool set for the shop, and Fret’s gold apron.
Tools and bench upgrades aren’t included: those are earned at the bench.
-
Do I have to watch ads?
No. Every video is optional, and you always choose to start one. There are no pop-up ads. Nothing you need to progress requires a video or a purchase.
Before the first video, the game may ask for your consent and show Apple’s tracking prompt. You can say no; the rewards work the same either way. With Unlock Everything, bonuses don’t need videos at all.
-
A video didn’t play, or I didn’t get my reward
Videos need an internet connection, and sometimes there simply isn’t one ready yet. Each bonus also has a daily limit. The reward is added once a video plays to the end; closing one early skips that reward. If the game says your reward is on its way, it will land a moment later, or the next time you open the game.
-
Does Tune Up Shop work offline?
Yes. Every repair, the shop, upgrades, decor and your saved progress all work offline, and the daily supplier package still opens. A few extras need a connection: the daily check-in stamp, the optional videos, and making or restoring purchases.
-
Where is my progress saved?
Only on your device. Tune Up Shop has no accounts and no cloud saves, and we never receive a copy of your progress. That means deleting the app deletes your progress. Your one-time purchases can still be restored, and achievements you’ve earned stay with your Game Center profile.
Want a fresh start instead? Tap Settings › Reset progress, then confirm.
-
Can the game remind me about my daily package?
If you like. Turn on Settings › Daily reminder and allow notifications when your device asks. You’ll get at most one gentle reminder a day, and you can turn it off there any time.
-
Achievements and leaderboards (Game Center)
Tune Up Shop has achievements and leaderboards through Apple’s Game Center. Open them from Settings › Achievements & leaderboards.
If you’re not signed in, sign in to Game Center from your device’s Settings app. Anything you earn while signed out or offline is kept and sent the next time you’re signed in and connected. Game Center is optional; the game plays the same without it.
-
How do I redeem an offer code?
In the game, tap Settings › Redeem a code and enter it on the sheet that opens. You can also redeem it from your account page in the App Store app. Whatever the code unlocks appears in the game straight away; if it doesn’t, use Settings › Restore purchases.

I bought something by mistake
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Still need a hand?
Email us and tell us what happened. It helps to include your device model, its software version and the game’s version (shown at the bottom of the game’s Settings).
