How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings › Restore purchases in the game (it’s also at the bottom of the Shop’s Specials tab). Make sure your device is signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. One-time purchases, Unlock Everything and Olly’s looks, come straight back.
Helper packs (Small, Medium and Large) add helpers to the game on the device you bought them on, so they can’t be restored once they’ve been used or the app has been deleted.
-
What does Unlock Everything include?
Unlock Everything is a one-time purchase of $9.99 (or the local equivalent shown in the App Store). There’s no subscription. It includes:
- every craft certificate: Mug Making, Planters & Succulents, Vase Throwing and Raku Firing, and any added later;
- every optional video bonus as an instant Claim, with no video;
- +25% coins on every order;
- Olly’s gold apron and the golden wheel.
Upgrades are still earned with coins, so the studio grows the same way for everyone.
-
Do I have to watch ads?
No. Every video is optional, and you always choose to start one. There are no pop-up ads and no lives, and Cozy mode (in Settings) removes waiting customers, canceled orders and kiln cracks. Nothing you need to progress requires a video or a purchase.
Before the first video, the game may ask for your consent and show Apple’s tracking prompt. You can say no; the rewards work the same either way. With Unlock Everything, bonuses don’t need videos at all.
-
A video didn’t play, or I didn’t get my reward
Videos need an internet connection, and sometimes there simply isn’t one ready yet. Each bonus also has a daily limit. The reward is added once a video plays to the end; closing one early skips that reward. If the game says your reward is on its way, it will land a moment later, or the next time you open the game.
-
Does Pottery Nook work offline?
Yes. Market Days, every station, the Pottery Book, upgrades, looks and your saved progress all work offline. A few extras need a connection: the streak card’s stamp, the greenhouse tip jar, invite and gift codes, the optional videos, and making or restoring purchases.
-
Where is my progress saved?
Only on your device. Pottery Nook has no accounts and no cloud saves, and we never receive a copy of your progress. That means deleting the app deletes your progress. Your one-time purchases can still be restored, and achievements you’ve earned stay with your Game Center profile.
Want a fresh start instead? Tap Settings › Reset progress, then confirm.

Achievements and leaderboards (Game Center)
Pottery Nook has achievements and leaderboards through Apple’s Game Center. Open them from Settings › Achievements & leaderboards.
If you’re not signed in, sign in to Game Center from your device’s Settings app. Anything you earn while signed out or offline is kept and sent the next time you’re signed in and connected. Game Center is optional; the game plays the same without it.
-
How do I redeem an offer code?
Redeem it from your account page in the App Store app (tap your picture, then Redeem Gift Card or Code). Whatever the code unlocks appears in the game straight away; if it doesn’t, use Settings › Restore purchases.

I bought something by mistake
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Still need a hand?
Email us and tell us what happened. It helps to include your device model, its software version and the game’s version (shown at the bottom of the game’s Settings).
