How do I restore my purchases?
Open Settings › Restore purchases in the game. Make sure your device is signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. One-time purchases, the Supporter Pack, the Starter Bundle and Capy’s looks, come straight back.
Tip jars (Small, Big and Giant) add tips to the game on the device you bought them on, so they can’t be restored once they’ve been spent or the app has been deleted.
-
What does the Supporter Pack include?
The Supporter Pack is a one-time purchase of $4.99 (or the local equivalent shown in the App Store). There’s no subscription. It includes:
- every optional video bonus, granted at once with no video (the same daily limits);
- a golden apron for Capy;
- golden sign trim for the shack.
Capy’s Poke Shack is free to play, start to finish, without it.
-
Do I have to watch ads?
No. Every video is optional, and you always choose to start one. There are no pop-up ads and no lives, and Cozy mode (in Settings) means nobody walks out of the line. Nothing you need to progress requires a video or a purchase.
When the game first opens, it may ask for your consent (where required) and show Apple’s tracking prompt. You can say no; the rewards work the same either way. With the Supporter Pack, bonuses don’t need videos at all.
-
A video didn’t play, or I didn’t get my reward
Videos need an internet connection, and sometimes there simply isn’t one ready yet. Each bonus also has a daily limit. The reward is added once a video plays to the end; closing one early skips that reward. If the game says your reward is on its way, it will land a moment later, or the next time you open the game.
-
Does Capy’s Poke Shack work offline?
Yes. Every day at the poke shack, Shack School, upgrades, decor, outfits and your saved progress all work offline. A few extras need a connection: the shell on the daily message in a bottle’s string, the optional videos, and making or restoring purchases.
-
Where is my progress saved?
Only on your device. Capy’s Poke Shack has no accounts and no cloud saves, and we never receive a copy of your progress. That means deleting the app deletes your progress. Your one-time purchases can still be restored, and achievements you’ve earned stay with your Game Center profile.
Want a fresh start instead? Tap Settings › Reset progress, then confirm.

Achievements (Game Center)
Capy’s Poke Shack has achievements through Apple’s Game Center. Open them from the Achievements button on the HOME screen.
If you’re not signed in, sign in to Game Center from your device’s Settings app. Anything you earn while signed out or offline is kept and sent the next time you’re signed in and connected. Game Center is optional; the game plays the same without it.
-
What is the Kitchen Passport?
The Kitchen Passport, in Settings, lists our other cooking games. Play Capy’s Poke Shack on a few different days and you collect cosmetic gifts for the shack and for Capy. Playing our other games can earn them sooner, but you never need another app: every gift can be earned right here. The gifts are just for looks, and the Passport stays on your device.
-
How do I redeem an offer code?
In the game, tap Settings › Redeem a code and enter it on the sheet that opens. You can also redeem it from your account page in the App Store app. Whatever the code unlocks appears in the game straight away; if it doesn’t, use Settings › Restore purchases.

I bought something by mistake
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are too. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Still need a hand?
Email us and tell us what happened. It helps to include your device model, its software version and the game’s version (shown at the bottom of the game’s Settings).
